Geese dump droppings on Disneyland guests, hitting 17 people

Almost 20 parkgoers at Disneyland on Friday night got a nasty surprise when a flock of geese defecated on them, prompting a response from a hazardous materials team.

Emergency services rushed to Disneyland after reports guests had been struck by poo.

In a tweet that went viral, the Anaheim Police Department stated that at 11:50 PM on Friday night, "NO crime occurred".

"It was clearly goose poop", Sgt Daron Wyatt of Anaheim police said. The tweet also mentioned that "guests were hit by fecal matter" from "geese that flew over", adding that there were "No injuries".

The Orange County Register reported Disneyland provided a private restroom for people to clean up and provided them with clean clothes.
