Did bounty hunters follow Texas law while pursuing Minnesota fugitive?

Two bounty hunters and a fugitive shot each other dead Tuesday at a vehicle dealership in Greenville, Texas.

A fugitive and two men hunting him killed each other in a violent shootout at a vehicle dealership in Texas.

The pair, 33-year-old Gabriel Bernal and 54-year-old Fidel Garcia, tracked their fugitive, Ramon Michael Hutchinson, also known as Raymond, to Greenville.

Hutchinson had an outstanding warrant for failure to appear on a first-degree drug charge in Minneapolis. Hutchinson tried to pull a gun from his waistband and all three went for it.

The incident, caught on camera by frantic customers, happened after the two bounty hunters pursued and approached Hutchinson inside the auto dealership 50 miles Northeast of Dallas.

Officials said about 20 shots were fired in the span of six seconds.

New video shows a deadly shootout involving two bounty hunters inside a Texas vehicle dealership. Bail bond companies usually pay bounty hunters 10 percent of the bond to capture people who fail to appear in court. Both Garcia and Bernal returned fire, the release said. No employees or customers were hurt during the gunfire exchange, police said.

North Korea missile test is huge step forward
UN Secretary-General Antonio Guterres condemned Pyongyang over the missile launch and urged it return to denuclearization. Asked if North Korea's missile programme was developing faster than the South had expected , he said: "Yes".

Bernal was issued a license to work as a commissioned security officer for Garcia's company, records show.

Officers arrived at Nissan of Greenville around 7:20 p.m. local time, responding to reports of multiple gunshots.

"Mr. Ford told them the dealership was family", Pruett said, adding that all employees will be paid while the business was closed and that they would also be offered confidential counseling in case they need to deal with the aftermath.

Autopsies released Tuesday show that two sisters and their three children who were found dead on tribal land in January died of hypothermia.

Garcia was a licensed private investigator and Verbal was not. Ford said the first two men initially represented themselves as federal agents but may have been bounty hunters.

"I'm not sure what he was doing that day", Bradley said. "TALI is an association of licensed investigators in the state of Texas", TALI President Brad Smith said in a statement. "Fidel was just a great friend", Peters said.

Authorities in Tennessee say seven people they described as bounty hunters shot at four people in a vehicle April 23 in Clarksville, killing one man and injuring another.
