Top Trump aide suggests Russian Federation sanctions were 'disproportionate'

Trump has been a fierce opponent of the idea that Russian Federation hacked the Democrats ahead of the presidential election, or that Russian Federation tried to influence the outcome.

Trump said it was unfair to accuse Russian Federation of hacking if there is doubt, saying he knows "a lot about hacking" and "it could be somebody else".

"So it could be somebody else".

"I just want them to be sure, because it's a pretty serious charge", he said. When reporters asked what he knew about alleged Russian hacking that others did not, Mr. Trump promised, "You'll find out Tuesday or Wednesday".

And The 1600 comes via town crier?

Spicer also spoke about a 2015 incident in which no action was taken against China despite the seizing of U.S. government employees' records. "So I want them to be sure", the President-elect said.

On Sunday his communications director, Sean Spicer, said the president-elect had no intention of stopping tweeting.

Republicans in Congress have said they intend to hold hearings into election hacking by the Russian intelligence services. Maybe it was; maybe it wasn't.

"For a candidate who says he is an authority on modern business, Mr. Trump is slow to adopt technology", Gizmodo writes. "One is repeal a lot of the regulations and actions that have been taken by this administration over the last eight years that have hampered both economic growth and job creation".

Outside Trump Tower in midtown Manhattan, competing camps of detractors and supporters engage in shouting matches, providing a daily reminder of the divided country Trump faces, Newsday's Laura Figueroa reports.

When questioned whether Trump would continue with his unorthodox style of revealing his plans and making major decisions public on Twitter he said: "Sure, why not".

Donald Trump has noticed.

He also seemed to suggest that Obama's punitive actions on Russian Federation were politically motivated, considering their severity and because they'll be put in Trump's lap when he takes over the White House in three week.

US President-elect Donald Trump answers questions from reporters accompanied by his wife Melania for a New Year's Eve party December 31, 2016 at Mar-a-Lago in Palm Beach, Florida.

"They sent everyone who had worked in the government a letter saying that you'll get free monitoring of your credit", Spicer said.
